Case Medical manufacturing and business continuity

Dear Healthcare Industry Professionals,

We respect that your time is valuable and in demand during the current crisis. We’re writing to briefly update you on how Case Medical can assist you at this time.

Manufacturing and order fulfillment will continue

Despite the order in the State of New Jersey (and in many other states) that has closed most businesses, Case Medical is defined as Critical Manufacturing and is permitted to remain open. Because our manufacturing is 100% U.S.-based, we are fortunate to be able to manage appropriate precautions while continuing to provide products for infection prevention and deliver customer orders with minimal disruption.

Case Medical has taken appropriate precautions, as recommended by the CDC, to protect our production personnel including staggered shifts, physical distancing at workstations, increased cleaning and disinfection, and strict application of policies that require employees to stay home when sick. Where possible, non-production employees are working remotely.

At your service

Our goal is to maintain a safe workplace for our employees and continue to manufacture and deliver products that help the healthcare community deliver high quality care in difficult times.

Our sales force, clinical specialists, and customer service teams are working and accessible by email or phone. We are available to help you work through your challenges to the best of our ability.  Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Best regards,

Marcia Frieze, CEO, and the entire Case Medical team
