How To Earn CEUs for the Case Medical Self-Study Lessons Online

Complete the self-study lesson; download, print, and take the Post test.

FOR CBSPD

These in-services have been pre-approved from 2006-2011 by the CBSPD for 1 contact hour for Decontamination and Sterilization; and 1.5 contact hours for Packaging that can be used once in a five year re-certification period.  Follow the directions in the CBSPD CEU Protocols for pre-approved programs.  The protocols can be found on http://www.sterileprocessing.org or can be requested by contacting the CBSPD at (908)454-9555.

FOR IAHCSMM CE

Complete the lesson and take the quiz.  Have your Department Manager correct the quiz and record your score.  (You must have a score of 80% or better.)  Do not send your quiz to IAHCSMM or Case Medical.  Ask your Department Manager to sign off and keep a record of your score.  That will be your validation of completion for your annual CE points.   Successful completion of each lesson is worth 1 CE point.
