Case
Medical offers a full line of disposables and other ancillary products, designed
for the SteriTite and other DIN Sized container systems. SteriTite Seals
are designed to protect your sealed containers from accidental opening after
sterilization and alert you to possible deliberate tampering at any stage.
TAMPER
EVIDENT SEALS Case Medical has tamper evident seals for its
universal container system. Recently we introduced a new process indicator
for STERRAD that changes from light to dark (yellow to blue) when
processed. This avoids chance false readings as other indicators for this
use go from a dark color to a light color.
We recommend using our blue tamper evident seal with dual
indicator for steam and gas sterilization along with the appropriate load
card. The red tamper evident seal for flash the white tamper evident seal
with STERRAD indicator for STERRAD Sterilization and our orange bio-hazard seals
for used items. According to ANSI/AAMI ST79:2006,6.4 "Contaminated
items should be contained during their transport from the point of use to the
decontamination area. "Containers, devices, or carts must be marked with a
biohazard label or other means of identifying contaminated contents".
ORTHOPEDIC TRAYS Since AORN, IAHCSMM
and ASHCSP, many of you have contacted us
about problems with loaner and consignment trays. Yes, orthopedic trays are
heavy, a challenge to clean and to sterilize. But we can work
together to avoid the tears in the wrapper, the excess moisture in the
trays and even address the issue of extended exposure times. Our
SteriTite container is designed to sterilize orthopedic sets. It
is manufactured from a aircraft grade of anodized aluminum and
stainless steel. Our products are cleared for stacked trays,
lumens, power equipment and a maximum load of 22 lbs. of
instruments. For years we have been the leader in case
design. Now, we can help you organize your orthopedic sets and
drop any custom graphics tray into our SteriTie container. When
required, add a FlashTite valve to the SteriTite container for sealed
flash sterilization. Contact us with your questions, comments,
and solutions.
CUSTOMIZATION PROCEDURE TRAY ORGANIZATION
Case Medical has experience designing and manufacturing custom
trays. Case Medical offers an organizational alternative to
cluttered instrument baskets. WebSet custom design is a modular
organizing system utilizing SteriTite and MediTray inserts to secure
and organize surgical instruments with off the shelf components.
Tell us what you need and we can rapidly present you with a custom set,
which you can containerize or wrap. Then sterilize in our
SteriTite container.
EXAMPLES:
Bookwalter System, DaVinci, Interoperative MRI are just a few sets we can
organize and containerize for you.
Case Medical is FDA registered and ISO certified. Our SteriTite sealed
container system and MediTray products are universal, validated for
pre-vacuum and gravity displacement steam, EO, STERRAD and sealed
flash. Our products are DIN sized with CE mark and FDA
510k. When designing custom tray systems, the same design
principles are applied for efficacy, safety and universal
processing. Ask for our documentation. We work with you to
meet your needs.
