2026 is just around the corner and we have a story to tell and an insurance policy to offer  that can save you money, truthfully. Over this past year, we have offered solutions to make decontamination services more efficient and more effective and provide products with the benefits you ask for. We use science and your feedback to offer factual advice and recommendations.  We share truthful information, independent test results, and IFUs that are proven in the field. We’ve discussed how many manufacturers plan for obsolescence. It’s built into their sales strategy to sell more and ensure that what is sold doesn’t last.  Case Medical can be viewed as reverse trend making business decisions which we feel must be made because it’s the right thing for people and for the planet by developing products that truly last and perform better than expected.
Trust and Verify
Unfortunately, we fell prey to a situation we tell you to avoid. We trusted but did not verify a long-term supplier. During June through September 2025, Case Medical was engaged in a jury trial with its equipment supplier Amada America, a supplier of CNC equipment for sheet metal manufacturing that we relied upon for over three decades, because of their reputation and service. We received a “lemon” that was missing parts from day one and never functioned as claimed.  Case Medical was sold an obsolete laser cutter in 2019 that was fabricated in 2006. We learned the age of the equipment during the trial and more about how we were scammed. The result of the jury trial was that we, Case Medical, won the case for consumer fraud and breach of warranty. However, their attorney went public claiming his win. You just need to Google the case to see how their loss was placed online as a win.

Case Medical stands behind the products we develop and supports the circular economy with truly reusable containers and trays and with certified instrument chemistries that perform beyond expectations, are safer to use, and can be released safely down the drain into the wastewater stream. We test weekly for R&D purposes and daily to ensure that each batch performs as specified. Use Our Consumables and Avoid Damage
Can’t say I support having an insurance policy that pays out later into the future. Rather I support best practices and better solutions to address potential damage to reusable products in the here and now. Other companies make money by ensuring that their products won’t last. We would rather give you a better option by providing a truly reusable product, and recommend the necessary accessories to preserve the integrity of the reusable products. For our SteriTite Container System: tamper evident seals that do not deform our latches, filters that leave no ink behind, and instrument chemistries that truly clean and do no harm to container surfaces.
10 Year Warranty For 2026
What we offer is a holistic solution, a plan that addresses each reprocessing step and works seamlessly to maintain your investment.
Here’s our proposal for 2026, to purchase a new SteriTite Container and agree to buy our filters, tamper evident seals, and our instrument chemicals to clean the newly purchased containers. We are offering a ten-year warranty to repair or replace any  SteriTite container purchased in 2026 if our IFU is followed and our consumables are used. FYI you may see a significant difference in your instrumentation, too.
